Preview the voices your browser makes available and choose your favorite. Filter by language to keep the list easy to explore.
Your reading speed
Slow down or speed up the reading. Read It remembers your voice and speed for the next time you need them.
Read along
Optionally highlight words as they are spoken and scroll with the reading when your chosen voice provides word timing.
Keep reading in focus
A compact player keeps pause, stop, and speed close by. Expand it for more controls, or close it when you are done. The reading interface uses quiet shades of gray in light and dark modes.
Free, with no account
No subscription, advertisements, or sign-in. Preferences stay in your browser; online voices may process the text through their voice provider.
