Using the game

You may use Mousekeeping for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the game, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute it unlawfully, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Purchases

The free game includes levels 1–10 and their bonus rounds. An optional one-time purchase unlocks levels 11–60 and the complete campaign. Purchases, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the applicable app store.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or update the game to maintain compatibility, security, or quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

Mousekeeping, its design, text, graphics, and original software are owned by Glitchmodo LLC or used with permission. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the game under these terms and applicable store rules.

Disclaimers

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitchmodo disclaims warranties regarding operation, availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitchmodo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the game.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest revision.
