Using the app

You may use Focus Timer EX+ for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute it unlawfully, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Timers and notifications

Focus Timer EX+ is a general productivity utility. Completion alerts can be affected by device settings, permissions, battery management, operating-system behavior, and other conditions. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical, medical, emergency, or other time-sensitive purposes where a missed alert could cause harm.

Advertising and purchases

The free experience may display banner advertisements. An optional one-time purchase removes ads and unlocks background and screen-off audio. Purchases, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the store through which you obtained the app.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or update the app to maintain compatibility, security, or quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

Focus Timer EX+, its design, text, graphics, and original software are owned by Glitchmodo LLC or used with permission. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the app under these terms and applicable store rules.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitchmodo disclaims warranties regarding operation, availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitchmodo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date will identify the latest revision.
